In therapy every effort is made to provide a space to think about the difficulties you are experiencing in the safety of a non-judgemental, compassionate, sensitive and empathic relationship. Depending on your expectations, therapy can be used in a number of different ways – from generating solutions to specific problems, to exploring and working through painful issues from the past or present, and enabling you to pave the way to a more desirable future. Firm commitment is made to providing a confidential and ethical service which would allow you to achieve your goal, whatever they are, in the shortest space of time possible.

London Psychological Therapy accepts referrals from all major health care insurers in the UK, including: BUPA, AXA PPP, PruHealth, Aviva, Cigna, Standards Life, WPA, and Groupama.

London Psychological Therapy offers psychological services by a highly qualified and experienced Counselling Psychologist, approved by the Health Professions Council (HPC), chartered with The British Psychological Society (BPS), and a Psychotherapist registered with United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). A variety of psychological services is offered to individuals and couples on a short and long-term basis including: cognitive-Behavioural (CBT), schema-focussed (SFT), compassion-focused (CFT), eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, dialectical behaviour, existential, psychodynamic, humanistic, systemic, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy. The selection of the most suitable approach depends on the nature of your difficulties and is discussed in the initial meeting.
